Incident command revalidation evidence, produced by the exercise itself
The point of a Maitris exercise is the record it leaves. Every run produces a compliance report against the framework you chose, out of the box: a pack an assessor can read, an inspector can check and a board can file.
- Criterion-by-criterion evidence
- Each assessment criterion from the framework gets its own entry: what the commander did, when, and the source of the observation (decision log, radio transcript, agent interaction). Where a criterion was not evidenced, the pack says so rather than padding.
- Decision log and communications record
- A timed record of every decision, instruction and message from the run, so the assessor can see the sequence and the reasoning, not just the outcome.
- Behavioural markers
- Observable behaviours relevant to command, such as situational awareness, communication and decision-making under pressure, noted against the moments they were seen.
- Simulation conditions
- The scenario, roles played, information available to the commander and any constraints, stated plainly so the assessor and internal quality assurer can judge whether the conditions meet the awarding organisation's simulation rules.
- Assessor sign-off
- The named assessor reviews the evidence, records their judgement and signs off. The AI compiles; it does not certify competence. If the assessor disagrees with anything recorded, the assessor's view stands.
- Export
- Packs export as PDF and as structured data for your LMS or portfolio system, so the record lives where your revalidation dates, PDPs and annual returns are managed.
What the assessor receives
Every run produces a portfolio pack. The AI compiles it; the named assessor reviews it and signs off.
- Criterion-by-criterion evidence with the clause each one traces to
- Timed decision log and communications record
- Behavioural markers observed during the run
- Simulation conditions, for the assessor to judge against awarding-organisation rules
- Assessor sign-off and IQA sampling space
- Export to your LMS or portfolio system
